Cut oranges in half. Squeeze
juice, using orange juicer.
Peel mango with paring knife or
Stand peeled mango on its
narrow side. Cut to each side of
the pit, slicing off as much flesh
Cut each slice into several strips,
Turn mango strips and cut into
several chunks, crosswise.
Peel pear with paring knife or
Cut pear in half, lengthwise.
Cut each half in half again,
With paring knife. Cut out core
Pour orange juice into blender.
Add mango chunks.
Add pear slices.
Process on high for 30 seconds
or until smooth.
